With a career spanning more than two decades in the engineering and construction recruitment sector, Alan has developed an unparalleled understanding of both the Icelandic market and the international talent landscape.
Alan's journey into Iceland began when he recognised a significant gap in the market — a growing need for specialist engineering and construction management talent as Iceland's industrial ambitions rapidly expanded, particularly in the data centre, geothermal and infrastructure sectors.
His approach to recruitment is deeply personal and relationship-driven.
