How we handle candidate and client information, in plain language.

Candidates: your name, email address, phone number, the role you applied for, any message you write and the CV file you upload.
Clients and enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your project or request.
Technical data: basic, non-identifying information required to serve and secure the website.
To assess your suitability for roles we are recruiting for, to contact you about those roles, to respond to enquiries and to keep records of our recruitment activity. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services.
We only share a candidate's details or CV with a client company after discussing the role with the candidate. We never sell personal data. Our website and database are hosted with reputable processors within the EEA.
Applications and CVs are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
CV files are stored in a private, access-controlled store. Only authorised staff can open them, and access happens through short-lived, expiring links. Data in transit is encrypted.
Under GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
