Senior CSA project manager Job decription: The Senior CSA Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works associated with the construction of a large-scale hyperscale data centre campus. The role is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, budget performance and successful coordination of all CSA activities from mobilization through handover. Working closely with the Project Director and multidisciplinary delivery teams, the Senior CSA Project Manager will provide leadership across contractors, consultants, client representatives and project stakeholders. Job title: Senior CSA project manager Reports to: Director of construction Key Qualification • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline. • At least 10 years of experience managing large construction projects. • 10+ years of experience managing large construction projects. • Experience delivering major industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects. • Strong contract administration experience. • Excellent leadership and communication skills Key responsibilities • Lead and manage all CSA aspects of the project. • Be responsible for costs, schedules, and quality within their area of responsibility. • Coordinate the work of subcontractors, consultants, and designers. • Ensure that construction is in line with contract documents, design documents, and client requirements. • Support integration between CSA, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. • Identify risks, delays, and deviations and implement improvements. • Participate in contract supervision, change management, and progress reporting. • Lead quality inspections, reviews, and handover processes. • Promote an outstanding safety culture on the construction site.
